We started the company almost 5 years ago, oddly enough on a holiday. Although all the documents were processed beforehand, our first customer called us on Thanksgiving. So each year, Thanksgiving has this added special meaning to us. This year, it is even more so. We made it through the crucial benchmark for small business survival–the first 5 years.
